Chief Investment & Portfolio Officer

Role Description The Chief Investment & Portfolio Officer is a full-time, on-site role based in Abroad, responsible for overseeing the firms investment and portfolio management activities. This role involves designing and implementing investment strategies that align with the organizations financial goals and risk appetite. The position manages and optimizes existing investment portfolios, monitors market trends, and prepares regular performance reports and forecasts for leadership. The Chief Investment & Portfolio Officer collaborates with senior management to support long-term financial planning, ensures compliance with relevant financial regulations, and provides guidance on capital allocation and funding decisions. The role also includes building relationships with external financial partners and continuously assessing opportunities to strengthen the firms financial position. Qualifications Strong expertise in investment strategies and investment management, with the ability to design and execute comprehensive, long-term plans.Solid grounding in finance and investments, including financial analysis, risk assessment, and portfolio performance evaluation.Proven experience in portfolio management, including asset allocation, diversification, and ongoing optimization of investment portfolios.Demonstrated leadership skills, with experience managing cross-functional initiatives and influencing senior stakeholders.Excellent analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and data-driven decision-making.Clear and effective communication skills, including the ability to present complex financial concepts to non-specialist audiences.Masters degree or equivalent in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field; professional certifications such as CFA or FRM are an advantage.Experience working within consulting, financial services, or professional services environments is beneficial. .
