Key Responsibilities
- Drive branch business and achieve sales targets through the APC Channel. Recruit, train, and develop Agency Partners, Business Associates, and frontline sales teams.
- Lead, motivate, and monitor team performance to maximize productivity.
- Generate quality business through customer acquisition and relationship management.
- Ensure branch profitability, persistency, and renewal premium collection.
- Conduct regular sales reviews, field visits, and joint calls with team members.
- Maintain compliance with company policies, IRDAI regulations, and operational guidelines.
- Build robust relationships with customers, advisors, and local business networks.
- Monitor branch operations and ensure smooth day-to-day functioning.
- Age criteria: up to 40 yrs .
