Roles and Responsibilities :
Manage a team responsible for handling health claims, ensuring timely processing and resolution.
Develop and implement effective risk management strategies to minimize potential losses.
Provide exceptional client servicing by resolving queries and concerns related to employee benefits and insurance operations.
Oversee the overall performance of the department, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
Job Requirements :
9-18 years of experience in insurance industry with expertise in claims management, GMC (General Medical Council), health claims, risk management, and employee benefits.
Strong understanding of insurance operations, including policy issuance, underwriting, and customer service principles.
Proven track record in managing teams effectively to achieve high levels of productivity and quality results. .
