THE OPPORTUNITY As Tachyon's Head of HR, you will build the people function from the ground up establishing the culture, systems, and processes that will carry us through our next major growth phase. This is a rare opportunity for an HR leader who wants to move fast, make real decisions, and leave a lasting organizational imprint.
Build and own the full HR function: talent acquisition, onboarding, performance, L&D, compliance, and culture
Partner directly with the CEO to define and execute people strategy aligned to business growth targets.
Design and implement compensation bands, appraisal cycles, and career frameworks.
Establish HR policies, an employee handbook, and compliance practices across India and the US, aligned with employment law.
Build a culture of accountability, inclusiveness, and high performance one that attracts top talent.
Serve as the go-to people leader for managers and employees; Implement and administer HRMS/ATS systems to bring data and efficiency to HR ops
8-14 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership/head-of-role role
Experience in a technology services, or consulting firm fast-paced environments strongly preferred.Proven builder you have set up HR functions or significantly re-architected one.Strong command of India labor law, compliance, and HR best practices; MBA/PGDM or equivalent; Direct line to the CEO your voice will shape company direction, not just HR policy.
