Job Title: Champion Direct Sales
Role Purpose
Drive consistent sales performance through structured customer engagement, disciplined lead management, and high-quality business sourcing.
**Candidate Must have Agency/Direct marketing experinece in profile.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular face-to-face customer meetings to understand needs and present suitable insurance solutions
- Ensure daily telecalling discipline to connect with prospects and fix next-day appointments
- Maintain accurate and timely lead status updates in LSQ (LeadSquare) after every interaction
- Build a strong sales pipeline through continuous follow-ups and customer engagement
- Drive quality sales with the right product mix, ensuring long-term customer value
- Consistently achieve monthly targets, contest qualifications, and annual goal sheet commitments
- Deliver end-to-end customer experience, including post-sales service and renewals
Ensure a good built of HNI/Super HNI prospects through market mapping and references
Candidate Profile
- Graduate with minimum 1 year of field sales experience
- Solid in customer interaction, objection handling, and closing skills
- Comfortable with daily field visits and telecalling routines
- High ownership, discipline, and target orientation
- Familiarity with CRM tools like Lead Square(LSQ) is an advantage .
