Chief Technology Officer - Software & Product Development

Key Responsibilities Develop and execute the companys technology and digital strategy aligned with business goals. Lead end-to-end product development, from concept to deployment, ensuring scalability and performance. Drive digital innovation, identify market trends, and implement new technologies to maintain a competitive edge. Oversee web and application development using MERN/MEAN stack and related technologies. Ensure high-quality deliverables within defined timelines and financial projections. Establish and maintain robust processes, coding standards, and agile development practices. Enhance customer experience across all digital platforms through continuous improvement and feedback analysis. Utilize data analytics and insights to support decision-making and optimize product performance. Ensure data security, compliance, and business continuity planning, including cloud and infrastructure management. Lead, mentor, and manage the technology team, fostering innovation and collaboration. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technology with business and operational needs. Skills & Requirements Strong programming background with expertise in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap, ReactJS, Node.js, ExpressJS, MongoDB Experience with MERN/MEAN stack (mandatory); knowledge of PHP or other technologies is a plus Understanding of Agile methodologies and code review practices Preferably from Finance/Stock Broking domain with knowledge of capital markets Strong understanding of emerging technologies, data storage, and information security Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills Experience in MERN or MEAN Stack (must-have) Strong expertise in JavaScript, Node.js, React.js, MongoDB, Express.js Proven experience in leading end-to-end product development Strong background in technology strategy & digital transformation Experience in team leadership and managing tech teams Knowledge of cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP) Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies Experience in data security, compliance, and system architecture Domain experience in Finance / Stock Broking / Capital Markets (preferred but highly valuable) Skills : - Chief Technology Officer (CTO) Technology Head / VP Technology / Head of Engineering Digital Transformation FinTech / Stock Broking / Capital Markets Product Development / Product Engineering MERN Stack / MEAN Stack Node.js / React.js / MongoDB / Express.js Full Stack Development Software Architecture / System Design Cloud Computing (AWS / Azure / GCP) Data Analytics / Data-Driven Decision Making Information Security / Cybersecurity Agile / Scrum / DevOps .
