Team Management Skills Well groomed, should have good communication skills Should be mobile and willing to travel and lead the team across the branches Should be able to deliver under pressure situations. High on achievements and should be aggressive to meet the sales target' Handling a team of 25-50 FOS and 1-8 TM and generating business through channel partner. Driving business through 60-90 Bank Branches in the Circle Responsible for targets allocated to 60-90 Bank Branches Driving and motivating the branch staff along with the Team to generate leads and log in prospective applications Conduct regular team meetings and motivate the Team members to achieve their targets Educate and motivate the team on the contest roll out and update on the new products launched in the market Build relationship with the business partners and address their queries .
