Role Summary
The Civil Engineering Manager - Wind Projects will lead all civil engineering design, technical review, and execution support activities for utility-scale wind and hybrid renewable energy projects. The role is responsible for ensuring secure, optimized, and cost-effective civil infrastructure design from project development through construction and commissioning, including WTG foundations, internal roads, pooling substations, drainage systems, control buildings, and geotechnical assessments.
Key Responsibilities
Civil Engineering Leadership & Governance
Lead and manage civil engineering activities across wind and hybrid renewable energy projects.
Establish engineering standards, design guidelines, quality benchmarks, and technical review processes.
Ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, safety requirements, and project specifications.
Provide technical oversight and approval of all civil engineering deliverables.
WTG Foundation Design & Engineering
Lead design and optimization of Wind Turbine Generator (WTG) foundations for multiple OEM platforms.
Review foundation design criteria, loading conditions, construction methodology, and design assumptions.
Coordinate with OE .
