Claim Manager (Delhi)

Job Description: - Manage return parcels, claim handling, and warehouse claim operations. - Handle RTO, damaged, lost, and misrouted shipment claims. - Coordinate with courier partners and warehouse teams for claim resolution. - Track and reconcile returned inventory and disputed shipments. - Maintain claim records, reports, and documentation. - Ensure timely closure of claims and minimize operational losses. - Monitor warehouse return processes and identify operational gaps. - Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, and customer support teams. .
