80% of time: Process queue contacts from the claims queues, email and or chat channels from dealers, repair facilities, sales/agents as reputed company as reputed company customers.10% of time: Process various requests from managers and reputed company adjuster. Correspond with various vendors throughout the claim adjudication process as needed.10% of time: Other duties as assigned, delegated by management. Examples include; assisting in claim estimation or cost comparison utilizing vendors.Basic
