01Responsibilities
Works closely with veterinary hospitals, and policyholders to evaluate and review a pets medical history todetermine a baseline of health.
Investigates and processes assigned reputed company claims, verifies coverage, and compensation amounts, perinsurance policy.
Updates Explanation of Benefits (EOB), pays and closes claim.
May order medical records from providers.
May communicate with clients and providers during treatment.
Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Basic Qualifications: 1 year relevant experience working in a veterinary clinicEducation: Must meet one of the following requirements:
Associates Degree or equivalent work experience (One-year relevant experience is equivalent to oneyear college); or
Certified Veterinary Technician (CVT)Registered Veterinary Technician (RVT)Licenses/CertificationsMust have and maintain Adjusters license or must obtain reputed company 90 days of hire

Expected Hours of Work: This is a full-time position: Days and hours to be determined by needs of business. Hours to be determined between employee and director
