*Employee Benefits Claims & Servicing Intern* *Department:* Employee Benefits Claims & Servicing *Level:* Entry Level / Intern *Role Overview* We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Employee Benefits Claims & Servicing Team. The candidate will support the servicing and claims management of GMC, GPA and GTLI policies and will be trained in handling policy endorsements, employee additions/deletions, claims documentation and coordination with insurers. *Key Responsibilities* Handle day-to-day servicing of GMC, GPA and GTLI policies. Process and coordinate employee addition, deletion and other policy endorsements. Collect, verify and maintain employee data and policy records. Assist clients/employees with claim intimation and documentation requirements. Coordinate with clients, employees, hospitals/TPAs and insurance companies for claim-related matters. Track claims from intimation to settlement/closure and maintain claim status records. Follow up on pending documents, approvals, queries and claim settlements. Assist in resolving servicing and claims-related issues and escalations. Maintain MIS reports, claim trackers, endorsement records and other documentation. Support the team in renewal-related data preparation and other Employee Benefits servicing activities. *Eligibility* Graduate in any discipline B.Com, BBA, BA, B.Sc., B.Tech or equivalent. Freshers are welcome. Good working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office. Good communication and coordination skills. Strong attention to detail and documentation skills. Ability to follow up effectively and manage multiple tasks.
