About the Role

Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive investigations into suspicious or complex insurance claims. Gather and analyze evidence, including statements, reports, and photographic documentation. Conduct interviews with claimants, witnesses, and relevant parties to obtain information. Determine the validity of claims based on evidence collected and policy terms. Prepare detailed investigation reports outlining findings and recommendations. Liaise with legal counsel and other professionals as required during the investigation process. Requirements Minimum of 3 years of experience in claims investigation or a related field. Demonstrated knowledge of investigative techniques and evidence-handling procedures. Excellent interviewing, communication, and report-writing skills. Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities. Ability to work independently and manage a caseload effectively.
