Job DescriptionThis role will work more independently to provide low to medium complexity analytical support to various areas of the organization. In addition, the individual will be responsible for supporting several business processes that exist within the team. Project work includes, but not limited minor major initiatives, basic to moderately complex data validation and other projects that are basic to moderately complex in nature.Key ResponsibilitiesSummarizes documents and enters claim system notesDocuments a claim file with notes, evaluations, and decision-making processContacts third-party carrier to review liability and subrogation response, and obtains information regarding decision to reduce amount paidMonitors collection of subrogation recoveries and follows-up with third-party carrier as needed for subrogation paymentEducation and Experience0-18 months of related experienceBachelors degree or equivalent experienceSupervisory ResponsibilitiesThis job does not have supervisory duties.Education Experience (in lieu)0-18 months of experience; bachelor''s degree preferredIntermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office suiteIntermediate computer skills with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) requiredExcellent verbal, written and interpersonal Communication skillsEye for detail and accurate preparation of Demand packagesExcellent knowledge of Subrogation cycleKnowledge / Experience of Subrogation/Salvage is preferredAbility to utilize available tools to capture information pertaining to scope of damages associated with the lossLive through a continuous improvement culture and leverage tools and technology to enhance personal competencies and help meet org level goalPrimary SkillsClaims ProcessingShift TimeShift A (India) .
