Key Responsibilities
Review and process insurance claims accurately as per standard operating procedures.
Verify claim documents and ensure all required information is complete.
Perform accurate data entry and maintain high levels of quality and productivity.
Identify discrepancies or missing information and escalate when necessary.
Maintain confidentiality of customer information and company data.
Meet daily productivity and quality targets.
Follow company policies, compliance guidelines, and process documentation.
Eligibility Criteria
Only 2025 or 2026 graduates are eligible to apply.
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (B.Com, BBA, B.Sc, BA, BBM, etc.).
Freshers are welcome.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and computer applications.
Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
