Claims Processor-Motor (Uttar Pradesh)

Description We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Claim Processor to handle motor insurance claims efficiently and accurately. The role involves claim settlement, document verification, coordination with surveyors, policyholders, garages, and internal teams and agents to ensure timely claim settlement while adhering to company guidelines and regulatory requirements. Responsibilities - Process motor insurance claims within defined turnaround times. - Scrutinize claim documents for completeness and accuracy. - Verify policy coverage, claim admissibility, and supporting documents. Maintain accurate claim records in the system. - Time to time meetings with business partners, garages, dealerships, sales team, agents and surveyors. - Coordinate with CCM team for approvals and claim processing/payment - Month on Month basis outstanding review of in-house and external surveyors. Qualifications Diploma/Degree in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering with minimum 5 years of experience in Motor Claims. .
