Location: Remote - Canada
Status: Temporary (12-Month Fixed Term)

As Claims Specialist, youll be responsible for answering reputed company telephone inquiries about their claims, processing claims, and invoicing Veterans Affairs Canada. This is a customer service and clerical role that will suit a detail-oriented individual who is willing to learn. This position requires a high level of confidentiality pertaining to reputed company records and financial information.
What youll do
Work with the User Support Team to resolve participant claim issues by responding to questions and resolving tickets in our ticketing systemreputed company back up for User Support Team as needed answering calls from participants and service delivery staffProcess reputed company claims and service provider invoices in case management system accurately and ensures contractual and legislative requirements are metReview, process, and invoice reputed company RSVP services to the contractual reputed company as neededreputed company reputed company assurance for claims/invoices processed by other Claims SpecialistsAnswer inquiries from field staff regarding claims and other administrative questions reputed company phone and secure messagePrepare cheques and EFT paymentsFiling, mailing, scanning and other administrative tasksQualifications:What you bring
