01Responsibilities
Communicating with Attorneys, Banks, Developers, and our Underwriters,
Review of Pro Formas and endorsements ,
Review of LLC documents, Corporation Documents, and Partnership documents,
Review of Trusts,
Review of Estate documents,
Review and preparation of Affidavits,
Use expertise and knowledge to resolve title commitment requirements that the Clearance team is not authorized to handle,
Address reputed company reputed company requests, and parties associated with the transition, in a reputed company manner,
