Manage and develop relationships with HNI, UHNI, and affluent clients, understanding their financial needs and investment objectives.
Acquire new clients through market mapping, referrals, networking, references, and direct sourcing.
Identify client requirements and recommend customized wealth management and investment solutions based on their risk profile and financial goals.
Advise clients across a range of investment products including Mutual Funds, PMS, AIF, Bonds, Structured Products, Direct Equity, Insurance, and other wealth solutions.
Drive AUM growth, revenue generation, client acquisition, portfolio enhancement, and cross-selling of relevant financial products.
Conduct regular portfolio reviews and provide clients with appropriate investment ideas, portfolio diversification, and wealth planning solutions.
Build strong, long-term client relationships through proactive engagement, regular reviews, and high-quality service.
Coordinate with investment specialists, product teams, research, operations, and other internal stakeholders to deliver customized client solutions.
Monitor client portfolios and identify opportunities for additional investments, product penetration, and relationship deepening.
Ensure strict adherence to KYC, AML, regulatory, risk, and internal compliance requirements.
Maintain accurate client records and ensure timely completion of all documentation and service requests.
Achieve assigned AUM, revenue, acquisition, retention, and cross-sell targets while maintaining a high level of client satisfaction. .
