Client Outreach & Wealth Management Executive

Key Responsibilities Conduct outbound calls to prospective and existing clients to introduce and explain the company's Wealth Management services and investment solutions.Schedule and coordinate meetings with prospective clients for the VP Wealth Management.Personally meet clients and prospects, wherever required, for business development and relationship-building activities.Present Wealth Management products, investment solutions, and services in a clear and professional manner.Understand client requirements, financial objectives, and investment preferences and communicate them effectively to the Wealth Management team.Follow up regularly with prospects and existing clients to generate business opportunities.Maintain strong and professional relationships with HNI, UHNI, corporate, and other potential clients.Prepare and deliver presentations to clients and prospects.Coordinate with the VP Wealth Management for client meetings, presentations, follow-ups, and business proposals.Maintain accurate records of client interactions, leads, meetings, and follow-ups.Represent the organization professionally during client meetings, events, seminars, and networking activities.Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of client requirements.Maintain confidentiality of client information and follow all applicable compliance and internal policies.Mandatory Skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.Confident and professional personality.Excellent telephone etiquette and client-handling skills.Ability to communicate with HNI/UHNI and senior-level clients.Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills.Good negotiation and convincing abilities.Comfortable with both telephone outreach and face-to-face client meetings.Good command of English, Hindi and Gujarati language.Good knowledge of MS Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.Willingness to travel locally for client meetings when required.Compensation: 360,000.00 - 420,000.00 per year Benefits: Paid sick timeProvident FundWork Location: In person .
