01Key Responsibilities
Client Outreach: Assist the team in reaching out to potential clients through calls, emails, and other communication channels. Help introduce the firms services and financial solutions to prospective clients.
Research & Lead Generation: Conduct market research to identify new potential clients and opportunities in the private finance space. Assist in gathering relevant financial data and identifying client needs.
Client Interaction Support: Shadow senior team members during client meetings or calls to learn about the client engagement process, from initial contact to offering financial solutions.
Document Preparation: Help prepare client presentations, proposals, and reports. Maintain and update client databases, ensuring all records are accurate and current.
Financial Analysis Support: Assist in preparing financial models, reports, and client portfolios under the guidance of senior team members.
Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the client relations team, ensuring smooth daily operations.
Learning & Development: Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance your financial knowledge and skills. Apply classroom learning to real-world financial services.
Required Qualifications:
Educational Background: MBA in Finance
Interest in Finance: A strong interest in private finance, wealth management, and financial advisory services.
Skills & Competencies:
Basic understanding of financial products, services, and markets.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
