Job Description

Key Responsibilities

** - **Client Outreach:** Assist the team in reaching out to potential clients through calls, emails, and other communication channels. Help introduce the firm's services and financial solutions to prospective clients. - **Research & Lead Generation:** Conduct market research to identify new potential clients and opportunities in the private finance space. Assist in gathering relevant financial data and identifying client needs. - **Client Interaction Support:** Shadow senior team members during client meetings or calls to learn about the client engagement process, from initial contact to offering financial solutions. - **Document Preparation:** Help prepare client presentations, proposals, and reports. Maintain and update client databases, ensuring all records are accurate and current. - **Financial Analysis Support:** Assist in preparing financial models, reports, and client portfolios under the guidance of senior team members. - **Administrative Support:** Provide general administrative support to the client relations team, ensuring smooth daily operations. - **Learning & Development:** Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance your financial knowledge and skills. Apply classroom learning to real-world financial services. **

Qualifications Required

** - A strong interest in private finance, wealth management, and financial advisory services. - Basic understanding of financial products, services, and markets. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). - Eagerness to learn, proactive, self-motivated, and strong problem-solving skills. This role requires an MBA in Finance as a key requirement.
