Language Proficiency: Must be fully fluent in Telugu (primary language needed). Working proficiency or fluency in English , Hindi, Kannada, or Tamil alongside Telugu is highly required. Experience: 0 to 3 years in telesales, B2C sales, or financial advisory (Freshers with strong interest in stock markets are welcome to apply!). Gender Preference: Female candidates are strongly encouraged to apply. Preferred Background: Prior experience in Banking, Financial Services, Broking, or Insurance (BFSI) is an advantage. Skills Needed: Persuasive communication, negotiation skills, client relationship management, and basic knowledge of stock market trading.
