Role Description The Client Relationship Professional is a full-time, on-site role based in Devanahalli. This role involves engaging with prospective and existing clients, understanding their investment goals, and presenting suitable real estate opportunities aligned with their objectives. Responsibilities include conducting property visits, coordinating meetings, maintaining accurate client records, and supporting the advisory process from initial inquiry to post-transaction follow-up. The role also requires close collaboration with internal teams to gather relevant market data, support due diligence activities, and ensure timely and clear communication with clients. The Client Relationship Professional is expected to represent the firm with professionalism, uphold client trust, and contribute to business development through relationship building and referral networks.
Qualifications
Strong client relationship management, interpersonal communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.Ability to understand real estate investment concepts, interpret basic market data, and support feasibility and due diligence processes.Proficiency in spoken and written English; knowledge of local languages in Bengaluru and surrounding areas is an advantage.Organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple client interactions and follow-ups in a structured manner.Comfort with on-site work, including property visits in and around Devanahalli and other designated locations.Basic digital literacy, including use of CRM tools, email, spreadsheets, and presentation software.Prior experience in real estate, financial services, or client-facing roles is preferred but not mandatory.Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Real Estate, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.Integrity, reliability, and a client-centric mindset, with the ability to work independently and within a team.
