Role Description
The Client Services Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Goregaon, responsible for managing day-to-day interactions with clients and supporting the delivery of advertising and digital marketing solutions. This role includes maintaining regular communication with clients, understanding their business objectives, and coordinating with internal creative, digital, and media teams to ensure timely and accurate execution of campaigns. The Client Services Executive will assist in preparing briefs, presentations, and reports, track project progress, and help resolve issues to maintain high levels of client satisfaction. The role also involves monitoring campaign performance, gathering feedback, and identifying opportunities to strengthen relationships and grow client business within semi-urban and rural markets.
