TCW is a financial services company seeking a Client Services Operations Associate. This role is responsible for preparing client reporting and managing operational activities related to the reporting system and client portal, requiring collaboration with various departments and strong organizational skills.ResponsibilitiesPrepare and deliver standard monthly and quarterly reporting to all investorsResearch and resolve all exceptions related to standard client reportsCollaborate with internal business partners at all levels on client reporting issues, enhancements and custom reportingPopulate and maintain secure client online portalCollaborate with IT on client reporting and client portal developmentLiaise with other departments (Client Services, Marketing, Operations, Performance Attribution, Legal) to support client requirements and assist in providing information related to client inquiriesPrepare a variety of internal reports for broad distribution across the firmIdentify ways of creating efficiencies/improving processesSkillsBachelor's degree from an accredited college or universityPrior experience working in financial services (internship experience will be considered)Working knowledge and understanding of capital marketsProficient with Microsoft Office applicationsA self-starter who takes initiative and can work independentlyStrong analytical skills and excellent attention to detailExcellent verbal and written communications skillsWell organized and able to prioritize multiple requests from a variety of sourcesA team player and collaborates well with othersBenefitsEligible to be considered for an annual discretionary bonusEligible for TCWs comprehensive benefits package.This role requires candidates to work from a TCW office a minimum of four days a week.
