Client Servicing & Social Media Lead (Account Management + Content Strategy)

Role Description We're looking for someone who can lead client relationships end-to-end while also thinking like a social media strategist - not two separate skill sets bolted together, but one person who can sit across the table from a client's senior stakeholders and then walk into a planning meeting with our Art, Copy, and Video teams and speak both languages fluently. This is a full-time hybrid role based in Kochi, with one in-person team meetup required each week. You'll be the primary point of contact for a national brand account with multiple stakeholders, so this role needs someone who's comfortable managing up, managing timelines, and managing a room. What you'll own Client servicing and relationship management, including handling senior stakeholders on a national brand accountProject and timeline management across the agency, keeping multiple workstreams on trackMonthly social media strategy and planning, across static, video, and campaign formatsCoordinating print, shoots, and production alongside social media deliverablesWorking closely with Art, Copy, and Video teams to plan and execute campaignsStaying on top of what's current in social media, digital trends, content formats, AI tools, and paid media, and bringing that into strategy conversationsAnalyzing campaign performance and translating metrics into next steps What we're looking for 5+ years of experience in client servicing or account management within an agency setting, ideally handling stakeholders at a senior or CMO levelStrong project management and organizational skills, comfortable juggling multiple accounts and deadlinesSolid grounding in social media strategy, content planning, and campaign executionExcellent written and spoken English; fluency in Hindi is requiredProficiency in additional regional languages is a strong plusGenuinely plugged into what's happening in digital, social, AI, and paid media, not just familiar with the basicsExperience coordinating shoots, print, or production processes is a plusDegree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field preferred .
