Key Responsibilities
- Handle client communication and understand event requirements clearly.
- Coordinate with production, design, operations, vendors, and execution teams.
- Prepare event proposals, presentations, budgets, and quotations.
- Manage event timelines, approvals, and deliverables.
- Attend client meetings, site visits, and event briefings.
- Ensure smooth execution of events and resolve client concerns promptly.
- Maintain solid client relationships for repeat business.
- Coordinate post-event feedback and reporting.
Compensation: 11,470.46 - 40,000.00 per month
