We are seeking a Client Servicing Executive with a minimum of 2 years of experience, preferably in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry. Candidates with a background in medical representative roles are also encouraged to apply. The ideal candidate must have excellent coordination skills, a strong eye for detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Serve as the primary contact between the agency and client. Understand client business, brand, and communication needs. Translate client briefs into clear internal briefs for creative and strategy teams. Coordinate project execution from planning to final delivery. Ensure timely and quality-driven delivery of all work. Manage feedback constructively and maintain client satisfaction. Collaborate with internal creative, digital, media, and production teams. Prepare client reports, presentations, and post-campaign analysis. Explore upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing client accounts. Required Qualifications & Skills: Minimum 1 year of experience in client servicing or as a Medical Representative in a pharmaceutical company. Educational Qualification: B.Sc. / B.Pharm preferred. Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace. High attention to detail and strong multitasking abilities. Capable of working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with pharmaceutical compliance and marketing protocols is an added advantage. .
