Role Description The Client Servicing Manager Point of Sale & Retail Fixtures is a full-time, on-site role based in Meerut. This role is responsible for managing day-to-day client interactions, understanding project requirements, and ensuring timely delivery of POS and retail fixture solutions. The position involves coordinating with internal design, production, and installation teams, tracking project timelines, and resolving issues to maintain high levels of client satisfaction. The individual will prepare and present proposals, manage approvals, monitor budgets, and oversee quality standards throughout the project lifecycle. Regular responsibilities include maintaining client accounts, reporting on project status, gathering feedback, and identifying opportunities to expand services with existing and new clients.
Qualifications
Strong Client Services and Client Relations skills to manage accounts, build trust, and maintain long-term partnerships.Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction capabilities to respond to concerns, ensure quality delivery, and improve client experience.Effective Communication skills, both written and verbal, to coordinate with clients and internal teams and present project updates clearly.Experience in retail fixtures, point-of-sale displays, or related retail solutions is highly beneficial.Proven ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Comfort with basic project management tools and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Design, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.Demonstrated problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a collaborative, client-focused mindset. .
