Client Servicing Manager (Malviya Nagar)

Build and maintain solid client relationships; serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients. Understand client business, brand objectives, and industry trends to offer strategic solutions. Coordinate with internal teams (creative, media, digital, production) to ensure smooth execution of campaigns and projects. Prepare and present campaign proposals, creative briefs, and timelines to clients. Handle project budgeting, invoicing, and tracking deliverables against deadlines. Ensure timely feedback loops and approval processes. Proactively identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities to grow client accounts. Bachelor's degree in mass communication, Marketing, Advertising, or related field. 3 to 5 years of experience in Client Servicing role within an Advertising/ Digital/ Creative agency. Strong understanding of ATL, BTL, and digital marketing practices. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
