Client Servicing Manager (Delhi Division)

Key Responsibilities - Manage and grow a portfolio of enterprise accounts. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, conduct face-to-face client meetings, business reviews, presentations, and strategic discussions to strengthen client relationships. Manage end-to-end website updates, campaign execution, offer listings, and catalogue management for client accounts. Coordinate effectively with internal teams including Operations, Product, Tech, Design, Finance, and Marketing to ensure seamless campaign execution. Analyze account performance, prepare monthly business reviews (MBRs), campaign reports, and provide actionable insights to clients. Monitor competitor activities, industry trends, and campaign benchmarks to recommend opportunities for account growth and optimization. Ensure high service quality, Timely delivery, and adherence to client SLAs. Skill Set Required 36 years of experience in Client Servicing, Customer Success, Key Account Management, Campaign Management, or Account Management roles. Proven experience in managing enterprise clients, stakeholder management and driving client satisfaction. Solid analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel, reporting, and performance analysis. Excellent presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Experience in Gift Cards, Loyalty, Rewards, Fintech, Payment, Incentive programs ,E-commerce, or BFSI will be preferred. .
