About the Role We are looking for enthusiastic MBA graduates to join our Client Servicing team. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between clients and internal teams, ensuring smooth communication, timely execution of campaigns, and exceptional client satisfaction. This role offers an excellent opportunity to build a career in Digital Marketing, Advertising, and Client Relationship Management. ROLES RESPONSIBILITIES: Support day-to-day client communication and relationship management. Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams for timely campaign execution. Assist in planning, tracking, and reporting digital marketing campaigns. Prepare client reports, presentations, and performance updates. Resolve client queries and ensure a positive client experience. Maintain campaign records and project documentation. Stay updated on digital marketing and advertising trends. REQUIRED SKILLS Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong presentation and interpersonal skills. Basic knowledge of digital marketing and advertising. Good analytical and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace. Ability to multitask and work collaboratively in a team environment. Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment. QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS: Looking for freshers in the field in Client Servicing. Educational Qualification MBA in Marketing / Advertisement.
