We are looking for a Client Support Executive with excellent English communication skills to communicate with clients, understand their requirements, resolve queries, and provide timely support. The ideal candidate should be confident, professional, and comfortable communicating with clients through phone, email, and chat.
Key Responsibilities
Communicate with clients in fluent and professional English.Understand client requirements and provide appropriate solutions.Handle client queries, complaints, and requests promptly.Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client issues.Follow up with clients and ensure timely resolution of their concerns.Maintain proper records of client interactions and requests.Provide regular updates to clients regarding ongoing issues or services.Build and maintain positive relationships with clients.Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team or manager.Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.Required Skills
Fluent spoken and written English is mandatory.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong customer-service and interpersonal skills.Good listening and problem-solving abilities.Professional and polite attitude.Ability to handle multiple clients and tasks efficiently.Basic knowledge of MS Office, email, and communication tools.Ability to work independently as well as with a team.Compensation: 15,000.00 - 25,000.00 per month
