What You'll Do:
- Be a Trusted Advisor & Problem Solver:
- Independently or as part of a team, assist clients using ADP's products and technology, solve time-sensitive issues, and provide solutions that make a difference.
- Build Relationships:
- Engage with clients via phone, email, or chat, striving to exceed expectations in every interaction.
- Educate & Recommend:
- Leverage your product knowledge to help clients understand the value of ADP's offerings and provide insightful recommendations.
- Organize to Thrive:
- Manage your day with structured prioritization, multitasking, and timely follow-ups to deliver great service.
To Succeed in This Role:
- Experience: 26 years in client service/customer service or systems integration
- Skills: Robust communication (verbal and written), analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Shifts: Willingness to work in US shifts
- Education: Any Graduate/Postgraduate
- Experience with: US Payroll and International Voice Process preferred
