Hiring Manager Key Requirements
Strong experience gathering and documenting business, functional, technical, and data requirements for inbound and outbound file feeds, system integrations, and data exchange solutions.
Proven ability to work directly with clients, business stakeholders, and technical teams to translate business needs into clear specifications, data mappings, user stories, and implementation requirements.
Hands-on experience with file-based integrations, ETL processes, data transformations, source-to-target mapping, and data validation activities.
Strong SQL and data analysis skills with the ability to investigate data issues, perform reconciliation, validate results, and support root cause analysis.
Experience defining and documenting end-to-end data flows, interface specifications, file layouts, business rules, and integration requirements.
Ability to partner with engineering, delivery, product, and client-facing teams to scope solutions, estimate effort, manage dependencies, and drive implementation readiness.
Experience supporting testing, UAT, defect management, data reconciliation, and production validation for integration and file feed implementations.
Demonstrated success managing multiple client initiatives simultaneously while maintaining strong documentation discipline, traceability, and change governance.
Ideal Candidate Profile
15+ years in Technical Business Analysis, Data Integration Analysis, Configuration Management, or related roles.
Deep familiarity with inbound/outbound file feeds, APIs, SFTP/MFT-based integrations, ETL workflows, and enterprise data exchange patterns.
Advanced SQL and data troubleshooting capabilities.
Strong client-facing communication, requirements facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
Comfortable operating at the intersection of business process, data, and technology
