### Position: Medical Scribe
Work Mode: 100% Remote
Employment: Full-Time
Experience: Freshers Welcome
Training: 3 Months Comprehensive Training
### What Youll Do
Document patient encounters accurately in EHRs
Prepare charts and update patient records
Assist with clinical documentation workflows
Follow provider dictation and instructions
Maintain accurate, complete, and timely clinical notes
Maintain strict patient confidentiality and HIPAA standards
### Who Were Looking For
Medical/healthcare graduates and freshers
Strong medical terminology & anatomy knowledge
Excellent English communication and listening skills
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Reliable high-speed internet & professional workspace
Willingness to learn and work in a US healthcare environment
*Prior scribing experience is an advantage, but not mandatory.
