Key Responsibilities
Supervise and guide RMOs to ensure adherence to clinical protocols and hospital policies.Monitor NABH-compliant clinical documentation and medico-legal records.Conduct clinical audits and drive quality improvement initiatives.Track and report Quality Indicators as per NABH standards.Coordinate with TPAs, Insurance Companies, and Consultants for cashless approvals, query management, and claim settlements.Conduct induction and training for RMOs, Junior Consultants, and DNB students.Ensure effective interdepartmental coordination and policy implementation.Monitor compliance with hospital policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.Coordinate daily discharge planning and OT schedules.Requirements
Healthcare professional only (MBBS/BAMS/BHMS/BDS/MHA preferred)
5+ years of experience in Clinical Operations, Medical Administration, Quality, or TPA Management
Knowledge of NABH standards, clinical documentation, and hospital operations
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Compensation: From 40,000.00 per month
