We are seeking qualified and experienced Psychologists (part-time/full-time) to join our growing team as an Onsite Psychologist. As our Onsite Psychologist, you will be the cornerstone of our mental well-being initiative. You will provide high-touch, empathetic support to our employees, fostering a culture of resilience and psychological safety through individual counseling, group workshops, and peer-to-peer support.

What You'll Do
Provide 1-1 mental health counselling / coaching for employees on various mental health topics (e.g. resilience, stress management, and available well-being resources)Develop and deliver group sessions and workshops to promote mental health awareness and resilienceModerate peer support sessions to encourage shared experiences and well-being discussionsMaintain monthly utilisation reports to track wellbeing trends and inform future wellbeing strategiesDeliver new hire training sessions on resilience, identifying and managing stress triggers, and available wellbeing resourcesAttend and complete all required continuous developmental tasks, including clinical supervisions, module completion etc

Requirements
Education: Master's Degree in Psychology (Clinical, Counselling or related fields)Experience: Minimum of 3 years of relevant clinical experience post Bachelor's degreeLicense: Valid and active licenses from one of the following organisations:Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI)Indian Association of Clinical Psychologists (IACP)Indian Association for Counseling (IAC)Counseling Association of India (CAI)Languages: Professional fluency in and EnglishMode: This role is onsite and will require in-person presence, with shift rotation. Shifts may be rotated depending on the client's needs and requestsCommitment: Part-Time / Full-Time role available. Minimum 2 days commitment required for part-time roles, subject to changeIntellect will only be considering candidates that are eligible to work in India, without need for work visa sponsorship (or as related) .
