01Key Responsibilities
Manage daily QA operations and guide the QA team Oversee radiology quality workflows, discrepancy tracking, and report reviews Coordinate AI-assisted radiology QA activities and project follow-ups Ensure timely closure of QA tasks, escalations, and documentation Collaborate with radiologists, operations, and technical teams Support training, workflow improvements, and process compliance
Required Skills:5+ years of experience in Healthcare Quality Assurance (QA) and Analytics.Masters degree in Healthcare Administration (MHA), Hospital Administration, or a related healthcare management field is preferred.Experience in Total Quality Management (TQM), quality improvement, or healthcare quality management is highly preferred.Robust analytical skills with experience interpreting QA metrics, KPIs, and healthcare data.Ability to analyze QA metrics, discrepancy trends, TAT performance, and operational KPIs.Experience generating dashboards, reports, and quality insights for management review.Strong team management and stakeholder coordination skills.
Preferred Profile:Experience in Healthcare QA with strong analytics exposureExposure to AI-assisted healthcare workflows is an added advantage
