Microscopy Expertise: Proficient in various microscopy technologies (e.g., light, fluorescence) and image analysis software, with a solid understanding of optical systems relevant to medical applications.
Medical Knowledge: Familiar with the use of microscopy in surgical fields (e.g., neurosurgery, ophthalmology, ENT) and knowledgeable about medical device regulations and standards. Training & Support: Skilled in training healthcare professionals on equipment use, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing post-sales support for optimal system utilization.
Customer Engagement: Strong in communication, relationship management, and delivering presentations, ensuring effective customer interaction and understanding of product functionalities.
