Role Description
Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud DevOps Team Lead to lead and mentor a team responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting scalable cloud infrastructure and automation solutions. The role requires strong hands-on expertise in Cloud DevOps, Kubernetes, Docker, and Python scripting to drive operational excellence, platform reliability, and continuous improvement across cloud environments.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and support the Cloud DevOps team while fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and technical excellence.
Design, deploy, and support secure, scalable, and reliable cloud infrastructure solutions.
Drive infrastructure automation and operational efficiency through Python scripting and automation frameworks.
Design, implement, and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions using Terraform.
Build, enhance, and support CI/CD pipelines to enable efficient and reliable application delivery.
Guide the team in adopting DevOps best practices for cloud infrastructure management and automation.
Develop and maintain automation workflows for provisioning, configuration management, and operational support.
Support containerized application deployments using Docker and orchestration platforms such as Kubernetes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve deployment processes, platform stability, and service reliability.
Ensure cloud platforms and delivery pipelines adhere to security, governance, and operational standards.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on automation, scalability, and system performance.
