Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Cloud Support Engineer with solid hands-on expertise in Microsoft Azure and AWS to handle escalations, build secure and scalable cloud solutions, and support deployment and migration activities.
Key Responsibilities
Resolve escalated cloud support tickets (L3 level)
Design and build AWS cloud solutions tailored to client-specific requirements
Execute deployment and migration activities across cloud environments
Ensure customer environments are scalable, highly available, and secure
Implement and enforce AWS and Azure best practices
Monitor, manage, and enhance cloud security and performance
Azure Responsibilities
Work with Azure Security Center and Azure Monitor
Hands-on troubleshooting of VNet / Gateway Subnet / VPN / Load Balancers (Global Native)
Experience with UDR and Service Tags
Manage backup policies and enhancements
Implement Azure Policy and Management Groups
Develop and manage Runbooks and automation scripts
Configure and troubleshoot PaaS services (SQL, Functions, Logic Apps, etc.)
Experience with Service Endpoints and Private Endpoints
Knowledge of Auto Scaling, Scale Sets, Availability Zones, and Availability Sets
Manage App Registrations, Enterprise Applications, Azure AD, and Azure MFA
Ensure security posture and compliance standards
Robust background in Active Directory services (DNS, DHCP, DFS)

Certifications (Preferred)
AWS Certified Cloud Architect
Azure Certified Cloud Architect
