Manage cloud service offerings and public cloud environments with a focus on network administration, security, and provisioning. Optimize infrastructure and provide third-party software support. Responsibilities Manage cloud network administration, security, instantiation, and provisioning. Implement security best practices and analyze partner compatibility. Execute day-to-day operations using ServiceNow or other ITSM tools. Provide 24x7 on-call support on a rotational basis. Required Skills 3 to 12 years of IT experience. Minimum 2 years of hands-on AWS experience. Minimum 2 years of hands-on cPanel experience. 2 years of experience with WordPress, PHP, and MySQL. Proficiency with monitoring tools including Nagios, CloudWatch, and Grafana. Hands-on experience with Docker. Knowledge of database setup and architecture. AWS Cloud Certification. Any Graduate degree. Preferred Skills Experience with email server setup, VOIP, and SSL. ITIL or other relevant certifications. VMware certification. .
