ROLEPURPOSE OBJECTIVE
1. Expertknowledge of assessing credit risk for Home Loan by applyingDeposit of Title Documents and Registration of Mortgageguidelines.
2. Conductincome appraisal of salaried and self-employed borrowers. Indepth understanding and analysis of P L Account and BalanceSheet including cash flows of self-employed borrowers.
3. Assessincome to obligation ratios, loan to value ratios, in depthknowledge of rational behind calculation of ratios and its impacton loan performance over long tenures.
4. ProvideMarket intelligence from a competition and customer stand point
5. Recommendationson recent processes fraud Control initiative etc
6. ManageCredit Officers team

- Manageentire Area underwriting teams
- Handlingportfolio from 50 Cr to 200 Cr
- Supervisingthe monthly disbursement of 60-150 files from the assigned area
- EfficientTAT management by credit team
- Ensureto strengthen area credit team to include more responsibilities
- Tomanage direct and indirect team of close to 4-10 people.
- Involvein process reengineering, Audits, Policy change discussions etc.
KEYDUTIES RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE
Business
EnsureCredit policy and process adherence in the Cluster.
Co-ordinatewith Legal Technical Agencies.
Guide/MonitorCredit Officers of the cluster.
Ensuretimely training to branches in the cluster.
SuggestPolicy revisions in line with changing market conditions.
Customer
- Expertknowledge of customer segments in various markets of India andtheir performance histories.
- Expertknowledge of negative profiles, negative property types andnegative property locations
- Completeunderstanding of various collateral types of all regions andcities in India and their title docum .
