- Minimum of 15 years of relevant experience in retail branch banking,
- Cluster Head or Branch Manager handling flagship branch with good G/L, willing to take up the role can apply
- Location- Bangalore & Chennai Market experience is must.
- Age limit - Max 41 ( NON negotiable)

- Resolve escalated customer issues and complaints.
- Implement initiatives to enhance customer engagement and loyalty.
- Oversee branch operations to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Optimize operational processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Monitor branch security and risk management procedures.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling banking products and services.
- Collaborate with product teams to launch new offerings based on customer needs and market trends.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Use market intelligence to devise competitive strategies for the cluster.
- Work closely with other departments such as Marketing, Operations, and Risk Management.
- Build relationships with local businesses, community leaders, and stakeholders to promote the bank's brand and services.
- Ensure branches adhere to all regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Implement risk mitigation strategies and controls.
- Conduct regular audits to assess compliance levels.
Budgeting and Financial Management:
- Develop and manage budgets for the cluster.
- Monitor expenses and financial performance, taking corrective actions when necessary. .
