Job Description: Cluster Head Home Loan Sales Location: Bangalore Role Summary The Cluster Head will lead home loan sales across the assigned cluster by driving business through real estate developers, channel partners, and direct sales teams. The role is responsible for achieving sales targets, expanding market presence, and ensuring operational excellence. Key Responsibilities Drive home loan sourcing and disbursement targets. Build and manage relationships with developers, builders, and channel partners. Lead, coach, and monitor the performance of the sales team. Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base. Ensure smooth coordination with credit, operations, and other internal teams. Monitor sales performance, conversion ratios, and portfolio quality. Prepare MIS reports and implement strategies to improve productivity. Qualifications & Experience Graduate; MBA preferred. 8 to 12 years of experience in home loan/mortgage sales. Minimum 3 years of team handling experience. Strong exposure to the real estate developer channel.
