In depth knowledge of banking products, operations, and compliance.
Robust sales and operational skills.
Minimum 10 years of experience in Banking/NBFC, including at least 5 years in a
leadership role managing multi product branches or businesses
Consistent record of business growth and achievement of targets
Proven ability in team development mentoring, and contribution to learning initiatives
Willingness to relocate to the allocated location
