Key Responsibilities
- Branch Development & Team Building:
- Identify suitable cities/locations to establish new Wealthy branches.
- Set up branches with the right infrastructure and staffing.
- Recruit, train, and retain high-performing team members.
- IFA Network Expansion:
- Grow the IFA network by recruiting experienced ARN holders.
- Support IFAs in selling various financial products.
- Sales Process Implementation:
- Execute sales strategies and processes designed by management.
- Monitor adherence to sales systems and ensure consistent pipeline building.
- Training & Motivation:
- Keep the workforce well-trained on product knowledge and compliance norms.
- Motivate and guide the team to achieve higher sales milestones.
- Performance & Growth Leadership:
- Continuously track performance metrics for branches, IFAs, and sales teams.
- Identify opportunities for business expansion and process improvements.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Graduate/MBA in Finance, Business, or related field.
- 712 years of experience in financial services, wealth management, or distribution business.
- At least 3 years of experience in a leadership role.
- Experience in setting up branches and expanding distribution networks preferred.
- NISM Mutual Fund and other relevant certifications are an added advantage.
