Key Responsibilities
Sales and Target Achievement: Drive life or health insurance revenue, volume, and customer acquisition goals across the assigned bank cluster. [ 1 , 2 ]
Team Leadership: Manage, train, and mentor a team of Front Line Sales Managers or sales representatives. [ 1 , 2 ]
Partner Relationship Management: Build strong daily ties with bank branch managers and regional staff to integrate insurance pitching into normal banking. [ 1 , 2 ]
Training and Coaching: Conduct joint sales calls, product training sessions, and reward programs for bank and sales personnel. [ 1 , 2 ]

Candidate Requirements
Education: Graduate degree in any field; a Masters or MBA is preferred.
Experience: 5 to 8 years of total experience in insurance sales, specifically within the banking (Bancassurance) channel.
Leadership Skills: At least 2 years of proven experience managing and leading local sales teams.
Core Skills: Strong communication, relationship building, problem solving, and local market knowledge.
